We want you to love your LEGOLAND Florida Resort apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that exclusive park merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all LEGO-themed tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned apparel, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
